Information sessions for other professionals and visitors

The Market Place project for young people often gets requests from other professionals, potential volunteers, students and other interested parties to come and meet with someone to find out more about the organisation and have a look round.

Due to time and staffing constraints it is not possible to offer this, so in response to this demand, we offer monthly information sessions.

Info sessions take place in The Market Place building, in the Drop In area. The session involves a brief 40 minute informal presentation by members of the staff team. Staff operate a rota for this session so we try to have 2 staff from different areas of the project available at each session.

There is time to ask questions at the end of the presentation, and time permitting, an opportunity to view some of our one to one/counselling rooms.

The presentation includes a brief history of the project, the ethos of the project, how to access services and make a referral for one to one services, as well as further information about the different services.

Space is limited for our info sessions, therefore we operate a booking system. If you are interested in coming to one of these sessions then please call The Market Place to find out the dates and book a place.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
